The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree No 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No 130 / 1993 Coll., No 300 / 1993 Coll., No 88 / 1994 Coll., No 175 / 1994 Coll., No 192 / 1995 Coll., No 156 / 1996 Coll., No 115 / 1997 Coll., No 233 / 1997 Coll., No 56 / 1998 Coll., No 141 / 1998 Coll., No 261 / 1998 Coll., and No 331 / 1998 Coll., shall be amended as follows:
In Annex A / I, Part I under tariff heading 2701, the figure "2 000 000 tonnes' is replaced by" 1 223 000 tonnes'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1999.
