GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 December 1993
issuing a customs tariff
The Government mandates, pursuant to Articles 56 (2) and 57 (1) (g) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
Goods shall be subject to customs duties at the rates laid down by the customs duties listed in the Annex to this Regulation. 1)
For goods of subheading 0806 10 15 - fresh table grapes, the rate of import duty shall be 0% if it is placed under the free circulation procedure for a period beginning on 1 December and ending on 30 April.
They shall be deleted:
1. the Decree of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 525 / 1991 Coll., issuing the Customs Tariff,
2. Ordinance of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 603 / 1992 Coll., amending the Ordinance of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 525 / 1991 Coll., which is issued by the Customs Tariff.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1994.
