GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 October 2024
amending Government Regulation No. 248 / 2007 Coll., on Health Awards, as amended by Government Regulation No. 465 / 2021 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 49 (6) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
Government Decree 248 / 2007 Coll., on Health Awards, issued by the Ministry of Health, as amended by Government Decree 465 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 6a (1), the words "the field of nursing in the Czech Republic 'are replaced by the words" and the strengthening of the prestige of the field of nursing and other non-medical health professions, or for the exceptional contribution in the field of healthcare provided by non-medical health professionals'.
2. In Paragraph 6a (3), the words "only one Price may be awarded 'are replaced by" no more than 3 Prices may be awarded'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
