DECLARATION
of 27 October 2022
amending Decree No. 128 / 2009 Coll., adapting the animal health and veterinary requirements for certain food businesses in which animal products are treated, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 368 / 2019 Coll., for the implementation of Section 24 (2) (d) of the Veterinary Act:
Decree No. 128 / 2009 Coll., on the adaptation of animal and public health requirements to certain food businesses in which animal products are treated, as amended by Decree No. 191 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 445 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 7, the sentence "For the purposes of this decree, the neighbouring regions of the capital of Prague are also considered to be neighbouring regions in the end of paragraph 3."
2. in Paragraph 14a (1) (a) of the introductory part of the provision, the word "weekly" is replaced by the word "annual."
3. in Paragraph 14a (1) (a) (1), "150 kg" is replaced by "90 tonnes."
4. in Article 14a (1) (a) (2), "35 kg" is replaced by "30 tonnes."
5. in Article 14a (1) (a) (3), "350 kg" is replaced by "30 tonnes."
6. in Article 14a (1) (b) of the introductory part of the provision, the word "weekly" shall be deleted and in points 1 to 3 the words "weekly volume" shall be inserted after the words "33%."
7. in Article 14b (a), the words "paragraph 1 (a) and paragraphs" are replaced by the words "paragraph 1."
8. in Article 14b (b), the words "Chapter III and" and the text, "5 and" shall be replaced by "and 3 to."
9. in Article 14b (e), the words "I," shall be inserted after the words "chapters."
Technical Regulation
This Decree was notified in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015 / 1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical and information society services.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
