GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 481 / 2012 Coll., on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 526 / 2020 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 2 (d), 12 and 13 of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 481 / 2012 Coll., on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as amended by Government Regulation No. 391 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 101 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 146 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 121 / 2020 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 344 / 2020 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2021 / 647 of 15 January 2021 amending, for the purposes of adapting to scientific and technical progress, Annex III to Directive 2011 / 65 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the exemption for the use of certain compounds of lead and hexavalent chromium in electrical and electronic explosives initiators for civil (professional) use 'is added to the separate line.
2. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2021 / 884 of 8 March 2021 amending, for the purposes of adapting to scientific and technical progress, Annex IV to Directive 2011 / 65 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the period of validity of the exemption for the use of mercury in revolving electrical connectors used in intravascular ultrasonic imaging systems is added to the separate line. '.
3. In Annex No 2, the following entry 45 is added:

Platnost do 20. dubna 2026. |
4. In Annex 3, entry 42, the sentence "Expired until 30 June 2019 'is replaced by the sentence" Expired until 30 June 2026'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 2021, with the exception of Article I (2) and (4), which shall take effect on 1 July 2022.
