amending Decree No. 372 / 2009 Coll., amending Decree No. 384 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Weapons Act, as amended by Decree No. 431 / 2003 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Article 79 (3) of Act No. 119 / 2002 Coll., on firearms and ammunition and amending Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the verification of firearms, ammunition and pyrotechnic articles and on the amendment of Act No. 288 / 1995 Coll., on firearms and ammunition (Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., as amended by Act No. 13 / 1998 Coll., and Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended, and Act No. 484 / 2008 Coll., as amended by Act No. 484 / 2008 Coll.
In Article II of Decree No. 372 / 2009 Coll., amending Decree No. 384 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Law on Weapons, as amended by Decree No. 431 / 2003 Coll., "2010 'is replaced by" 2015'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
