DECLARATION
of 28 October 2024
amending and repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides, pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 364 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 349 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 374 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 5 Sb.
The decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 21 December 1987 No. 17.094 / 87-VI / 2 on the declaration of protection of certain national natural reserves and protected sites is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, entry 22 "for the reservation" On the handle "and its protection zone in Annex XXII 'is deleted.
2. Annex XXII is deleted.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decision of the State Land Office in Prague of 10 June 1926 No 109.471 / 25-II / 2 on the establishment of the natural reserve Cernický obora v ok. ú. Sudoměřice u Becýn, district Tábor.
2. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 19 December 1949 No 172.995 / 49-IV / 1 on the establishment of the full nature reserves "Ranšpurk," "Soutok" and "Cadhuv" in the cadastral territory of Lanžhot, the district of Breclav.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of 15 December 1953 No 15472 / 53 HSO / 4 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve at the Hranice in K. Bukovina near Turnova, Semily district.
4. The proceeds of the Ministry of Culture dated 14 January 1956 No 48 401 / 55 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve of the Vlasenický potok in K. Ou.
5. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 22 February 1974 No 3.603 / 74 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve of the Písek Region.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
