Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 333 / 2019 Coll.

In accordance with Article 10 (2) of the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority shall communicate that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, Article 17 (6) (d) and Article 17 (11) and (12) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the terms and conditions of business and on the performance of the state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws relating to the supply of electricity (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to Law No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on the price of the supported energy sources and the amendment of certain laws, as amended, Decision No. 6 / 2019 of 26 November 2019, on the price of regulated prices for electricity and on the regulated gas-related services, as amended.

According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 4 / 2019 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 November 2019, at 7, in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 November 2019, at 8, and in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 November 2019, at 9. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The activities shall take place on 1 January 2020.
