DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll roads and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides for the Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 489 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 256 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 259 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 358 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 311 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 97 / 2009 Coll., and Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., (hereinafter "Act '):
Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll roads and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended, as amended, as amended, Decree No. 323 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 14 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 483 / 2009 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (2), the word "right 'is replaced by" left' and the word "left 'is replaced by" right'.
2. In Article 4 (1), the words "including enlarged contours of the same letters' shall be added at the end of the text in point (c).
3. in Articles 4 (1) (f) and (3) (f) and 5 (5), the words "express roads" shall be replaced by the words "road for motor vehicles."
4. Paragraph 4 (1) (j) reads as follows:
"(j) an optically variable holographic film with a repetitive motif of a personal vehicle which partially overlaps the optically variable colour on the front of the coupon;"
5. In Article 4 (3), the words "including enlarged contours of the same letters' shall be added at the end of the text in point (c).
6. in Article 4 (3) (i):
"(i) an optically variable holographic film with a repetitive motif of a passenger vehicle which partially overlaps the optically variable colour on the front,"
7. Paragraph 4 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) They are used as basic background colours for coupons valid for:
one year of colour blue and green,
one month of pink and green colour,
10 days of colour yellow and green. '
8. Paragraph 5 (1) to (4) reads as follows:
"(1) The pictogram of the vehicle symbolizing the mass category of the vehicle shall be placed on the front of the lower right hand side for coupons for one month and ten days and on the lower left hand for coupons for one year. On the back, the pictogram is located in the right lower part of the coupon for one year and in the middle lower part for the other types of coupon. The pictogram is 3.2 mm high and 8,5 mm wide.
(2) The inscription indicating the maximum permissible mass of the vehicle shall be 2 mm high and placed on both sides of the coupon in the left central part.
(3) The number indicating the year of validity shall be placed on the front of the coupon in the upper half below the registration plate and on the rear half of the coupon. The digits are 9 mm high.
(4) The letter indicating the term of validity shall be placed on the front of the coupon at the lower right and on the back of the coupon at the lower left. The letter R is 23 mm high and the letters M and D are 22 mm high. The structure of all letters is located in the middle of both sides of the coupon, the letter R is 32 mm high and the letters M and D are 29 mm high. '
9. Paragraph 5 (6) to (8) reads as follows:
"(6) Optically variable holographic film is placed on the front of the coupon in its left lower part. The element is different in shape according to the duration of the coupon. The motif printed with optically variable colour is located in the left lower part of the front and in the right lower part of the rear side of the coupon. The theme is partially covered with holographic film on the front of the coupon.
(7) The box for registration of the registration mark is located at the top of the coupon on the front of the coupon. The frame is 5 mm high and wide across the entire coupon width. The letters RZ are 2 mm high and are located directly in the frame on the left.
(8) The two-letter series and the six-digit serial number shall be 3 mm high and shall be placed on the front of the coupon in the middle above the letter indicating the period of validity. The series shall be placed to the left of a six-digit serial number showing red fluorescence in UV radiation. ';
10. in Article 6 (2) to (8):
"(2) The vehicle pictogram symbolizing the relevant vehicle mass category shall be placed at the top to the left of the symbols of the road signs. The pictogram is 3.2 mm high and 8,5 mm wide.
(3) The inscription indicating the maximum authorised mass of the vehicle is 2 mm high and is placed in the upper part of the coupon under the symbols of the road signs.
(4) A number indicating the year of validity shall be placed at the bottom of the coupon through the letter indicating the period of validity. The digits are 4 mm high.
(5) The letter indicating the period of validity shall be placed at the bottom of the coupon and shall be 14,5 mm high. The letters' contours are located in the middle of the coupon, the letters are 29 mm high.
(6) The symbols of the road signs "motorways" and "motorways for motor vehicles" are located in the upper right-hand section above the maximum permissible vehicle mass. Both symbols are 5.5 mm high and 4.5 mm wide.
(7) The optically variable holographic film is placed in the right lower part and partially overlaps the motif printed in an optically variable color.
(8) The box for registration of the registration mark is 6 mm high and 42 mm wide and is placed on a paper pad of the back of the coupon, turned 90 °. To the right of the frame are the letters RZ 2 mm high. '

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011, with the exception of Article I (11), which shall take effect on 1 December 2010.
