DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 18 December 1998
amending the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 385 / 1991 Coll., on the recognition of equivalence and the conditions for notrification of certificates issued by foreign schools
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides in accordance with § 13 (g) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education:
Decree No. 385 / 1991 Coll., on the recognition of equivalence and conditions for the notation of certificates issued by foreign schools, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "or higher vocational schools' are inserted after the words" secondary schools' and the words "or higher vocational schools' are inserted after the words" secondary schools'.
2. In Article 2 (1) and (2), the words "Czech and Slovak Federal Republic 'are replaced by the words" Czech Republic'.
3. In Article 3, the words "or higher vocational education 'shall be added at the end of paragraph 2.
4. In Paragraph 3 (3), the words "or on its own initiative 'and the words" the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, at secondary schools,' are inserted after the words "At the request of the School Office '.
5. In Article 4, the designation of paragraph 1 is added.
6. in Article 4 (1) (b), the word "transitional" shall be replaced by "short-term or long-term."
7. In Paragraph 4, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) If the applicant does not have a permanent or short-term or long-term residence in the Czech Republic, the school office in whose territory he is located shall decide on the nostalgia
(a) a primary school which, by its content and scope, corresponds to a similar foreign school;
(b) a secondary school or a higher vocational school at which it is responsible or at least partly responsible for studying at a similar foreign school. "
Paragraphs 2 to 4 shall become paragraphs 3 to 5.
8. In Paragraph 4 (4), the words "or Slovak 'are deleted.
9. In Article 4 (5), the words "Czech and Slovak Federal Republic 'are replaced by the words" Czech Republic'.
10. in Article 5 (1), the words "Czech and Slovak Federal Republic" are replaced by the words "Czech Republic."
11. in Article 5 (2) (a), the words "or higher vocational education" shall be inserted after the words "secondary school."
12. in Article 5 (3), the words "or secondary school" shall be replaced by the words "secondary school or higher vocational school."
13. in Paragraph 5 (7):
"(7) Where there is no
(a) a primary school which, by its content and scope, corresponds to a similar foreign school;
(b) a secondary school or a higher vocational school at which the study is responsible or at least partly responsible for the study at a similar foreign school;
provide this school office, upon request, with synergies with the nostalgia of the school office in whose territory such primary school, secondary school or higher vocational school is located. ';
14. in Article 7 (2), the words "attestation of equivalence and" shall be replaced by "CZK."
15. in Article 7, paragraph 4 is deleted;
Transitional provision
Proceedings initiated before the entry into force of this Order shall be completed in accordance with the current version of the Order.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1999.
