Pursuant to Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Republic and the trade union body issued a decree of 25 January 1990 No 32 / V / EE / 90 governing the provision of natural benefits to technical economic workers in forest management organisations and the classification of organisational units of organisations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Forestry and Woodworking Industry of the Czech Republic.
The proceeds relate to employees of organisations managed by the Ministry of Forestry and Wood Processing Industry of the Czech Republic and were published in the Journal of the MLD of the Czech Republic in the amount of 5 / 1990 under the order No 4.
This decree takes effect on the date of publication and can be seen at the MLD of the Czech Republic.
