amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Article 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the Verification of the Compliance of a Copy or Copy with the Charter and on the Verification of the Authenticity of Signature and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Verification Act), as amended by Act No. 279 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll.:
Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 266 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 349 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 411 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 409 / 2017 Coll.
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (j), the words" Sejlečko u Soběslava' shall be inserted after the word "Řípec, '.
2. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (n), the words" Dvory nad Lužnicí' shall be inserted after the word "Dunajovice, ';
3. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (p), the words" New Huta' are deleted;
4. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (e), the word" Kojatky' is inserted after the word "Chvalkovice ';
5. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (t), the word" Boskovštejn' shall be inserted after the word "Gnezkovice ';
6. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (c), the word" Přemyslovice' is inserted after the word "Ochoz, ';
7. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (h), the word" Přemyslovice' is deleted;
8. In the part "Olomouc Region ', point (i), the word" Shishma' shall be inserted after the word "Stará Ves'.
9. In the part "Pardubice Region," point (d), the word "Lozice," and the word "Stolany," shall be inserted after the word "Stolany,"
10. in the part "Pardubice region ', point (j), the words" Kamenec u Polička' shall be inserted after the words "Jedlové, ';
11. in the part "Pilsen Region," point (b), the word "Pasečnice," shall be inserted after the words "New Kramolín."
12. In the part "Plzeň kraj," point (g), the word "Mecholupy," is inserted after the word "Kramolín,"
13. In the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (o), the word" Kočov' is inserted after the word "Chodský Újež, '.
14. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', the words" Zeleneč, Zlín' shall be added at the end of the text in point (c).
15. in the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (e) is inserted after the word "Tachlovice,"
16. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (o), the word" Smelice' shall be inserted after the word "Skorkov, 'and the word" Vinarice' shall be inserted after the words "Great Výlises'.
17. in the part "Ústí kraj," point (k), the words "Libkovice pod Řípe," shall be inserted after the word "Krabčice,"
18. in the part "Vysočina Region ', point (e) is inserted after the word" Polná,'.
19. In the part "Vysočina Region," point (g), the words "Jakubov Forest," shall be inserted after the word "Kuroblindy."
20. In the part "Vysočina Region," point (j), the word "Křečka," is inserted after the word "Křečka,"
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
