DECLARATION
Czech Mining Office
of 8 July 2002
amending the Order of the Czech Mining Authority No. 415 / 1991 Coll., on the construction, preparation of documentation and determination of protection pillars, staples and zones for the protection of mining and surface objects, as amended by Decree No. 340 / 1992 Coll.
According to § 6 (6) (a) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, the Czech Mining Authority provides:
Decree No. 415 / 1991 Coll., on the construction, preparation of documentation and determination of protective pillars, staples and zones for the protection of mining and surface objects, as amended by Decree No. 340 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
Paragraph 16 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The purpose of conducting long mining works in an indicative safety cell shall be, inter alia, to specify the course and construction of the watered or gas-powered horizon or flooded mine, to reduce pressures in dangerous horizons and to ensure reliable drainage of the old age, where technically possible. The mining works must be provided by the safety wells specified in the mining activity project in the indicative safety cell so that the mine works are always securely secured by them.
(a) in the approximate zone of the indicative safety cell - at least three wells,
(b) in the remote zone of the indicative safety cell - at least a pair of wells.
The length of wells and other parameters, i.e. station, mouth, direction and inclination, must be transferred from the project to the technological process of the mine work. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2002.
