The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the function of representatives of the State Government and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court declared under No. 181 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 11 / 2013 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court declared under No. 161 / 2014 Coll.
