amending Decree No 296 / 2003 Coll., on animal health and protection, on movements and transport of animals and on the authorisation and competence to carry out certain professional veterinary activities, as amended by Decree No 610 / 2004 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Section 59 (8) of the Act:
Annex 3 to Decree No. 296 / 2003 Coll., on animal health and protection, on the movement and transport of animals and on the authorisation and competence to carry out certain professional veterinary activities, reads as follows:
