implementing certain provisions of Act No. 38 / 2008 Coll., on Foreign Trade in Goods that could be used for the execution of the death penalty, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, as amended
The Government hereby orders pursuant to Section 14a of Act No. 38 / 2008 Coll., on Foreign Trade in Goods which could be used for the execution of the death penalty, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, as amended by Act No. 383 / 2022 Coll., to implement Section 6 (2):
Subject matter
This Regulation regulates the scope of the data relating to transactions made under export, import or transit permits (hereinafter referred to as "authorisations').
Data relating to transactions executed under authorisation
Data relating to transactions executed under authorisation shall be as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 March 2023.

Annex to Government Decree No. 33 / 2023 Coll.
Data relating to transactions executed under authorisation
(a) the authorisation number;
(b) the calendar year and half-year for which the information is submitted;
(c) a serial number corresponding to the description of the goods in the authorization,
(d) a description of the goods,
(e) the quantities used and the unit of measurement,
(f) any comments on exports made; and
(g) the date of processing of the information.
