GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 28 January 2019
on the Declaration of the Bertramka estate in Prague as a national cultural monument
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care:
Declaration by the Bertramka estate in Prague for a national cultural monument
(1) The National Cultural Monument of the Bertram estate in Prague is declared a national cultural monument.
(2) The location, description and spatial identification of the national cultural monuments referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Providing the protection of national cultural monuments
The extent of the built-up areas, the shape of the terrain, the height level and the composition of the building shall not change if the cultural value of the national cultural monument is damaged.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
