DECLARATION
of 5 February 2013
amending Decree No. 101 / 1995 of the Ministry of Transport Coll., published by the Order on the Health of Persons in the Operation of Railways and Rail Transport, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 66 (2) of Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 23 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 191 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 134 / 2011 Coll., to implement § 45 (3) of the Act:
In § 5 (3) of Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 101 / 1995 Coll., which is published by the Order on the Health of Persons in the Operation of Railways and Rail Transport, as amended by Decree No. 16 / 2012 Coll., the words "and (b) 'are added at the end of the text in point (a).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2013.
