GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 18 January 2010

amending Government Regulation 142 / 1994 Coll., determining the amount of interest on late payments and the late payment fee under the Civil Code, as amended by Government Regulation 163 / 2005 Coll.

The Government orders the implementation of § 517 paragraph 2 of Act No. 40 / 1964 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 509 / 1991 Coll.:

Čl. I

In Government Decree No. 142 / 1994 Coll., determining the amount of interest on late payment and late payment under the Civil Code, as amended by Government Decree No. 163 / 2005 Coll., § 1 reads as follows:

„§ 1

The amount of interest on late payment shall correspond annually to the amount of the repo rate fixed by the Czech National Bank for the last day of the calendar half-year preceding the calendar half-year in which the delay occurred plus seven percentage points. '

Čl. II

Transitional provision

The amount of interest on late payments made before the date of entry into force of this Regulation shall be governed by existing legislation.

Čl. III

Efficacy

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2010.
