THE LAW
of 17 January 2008
amending Act No 83 / 1990 Coll., on the association of citizens, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 6 (4) of Act No. 83 / 1990 Coll., on the association of citizens, as amended by Act No. 68 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., the words "; the name of the association must include the designation" civil association "or abbreviation" o. s. "'shall be deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
