DECLARATION
of 24 January 2006
amending Decree No. 34 / 2003 Coll., determining the scope, period, time and manner of compliance with the reporting obligation under the Foreign Exchange Act, as amended by Decree No. 351 / 2003 Coll.
The Czech National Bank provides for the Foreign Exchange Act pursuant to § 5 paragraphs 1, 5 and 6 of Act No. 219 / 1995 Coll., as amended by Act No. 482 / 2001 Coll.:
Decree No. 34 / 2003 Coll., specifying the scope, period, time and manner of compliance with the reporting obligation under the Foreign Exchange Act, as amended by Decree No. 351 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the words "long-term liabilities to a stranger," are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 1 (3), the words "2 and 'are deleted.
3. In Paragraph 1 (4), the second sentence is deleted.
(4) Paragraph 2, including the title and footnotes 1 to 5, shall be deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
