issued pursuant to Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll. and pursuant to Article 56 (2) of Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the organisation of courts and the election of judges, as amended by Act No. 156 / 1969 Coll., in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Socialist Republic and with the Czech Committee of the Union of Workers of State Bodies, Money and Foreign Trade Decree of 15 December 1989 No. 657 / 89-org., amending the applicable regulations for judges from the profession of the Supreme Court of the Czech Socialist Republic. This decree amends the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic of 28 February 1978 No. 1078 / 77-KO, which sets out the Staff Regulations for Judges of the Supreme Court of the Czech Socialist Republic (reg.
The proceeds are governed by the salary of the Vice-President of the Supreme Court of the Czech Socialist Republic and the President of the College of the Supreme Court of the Czech Socialist Republic.
The proceeds take effect on 1 February 1990 and can be consulted at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Supreme Court of the Czech Socialist Republic.
