on theatrical activities (theatrical law)
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
BASIC PROVISIONS
Theatre activities
(1) Theater activities are public stage performances of theatrical works by theatre artists or actors, including by puppets or in conjunction with audiovisual means (hereinafter referred to as "performances").
(2) The work of dramatic, musically dramatic, choreographic or pantomime is considered a work of theatre 1.
DIVADLES
Establishment, management and cancellation of theatres
(1) The theatre is a socialist organization with a mission to perform theatre activities.
(3) National Committees, social organisations and cultural funds establish and abolish theatres with the approval of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Culture).
(4) The Ministry of Culture and National Committees set up theatres as contribution or budget organisations.
ORDER OF THE PRESENTATION
Organiser's obligations
The organiser shall be responsible for creating suitable conditions for the performance, maintaining order during the performance and respecting copyright, security, fire, hygiene and other generally binding legislation. 5)
COMMON PROVISIONS
(1) It is possible to make audio, image and other recordings at the performance only with the consent of the organizer.

(c) Decree No. 71 / 1958 Ú. l., laying down the conditions for the performance of professional theatre artists in non-theatre performances, as amended by Regulations No. 196 / 1958 Ú. l. and No. 74 / 1964 Coll.,
(d) provisions of the first, second and fourth parts of Decree No. 99 / 1958 Ú. l., on the authorisation of public concert and other musical productions, public production of estradians and artists, folk entertainment companies, certain theatrical performances, exhibitions, lectures and film performances and on the exclusive authorisation of copyright protection organisations, where they relate to public theatre performances outside the field of action or out of operation of theatres, and to public performances willing.
This Act shall take effect on 1 July 1978.
