GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 April 1963
excluding certain organisations and establishments from the management of national committees
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 11 of Act No. 32 / 1963 Coll., on the organisation of agricultural management:
(1) The management of the district national committee shall be set aside by district veterinary establishments, district agricultural machinery centres and district centre for the preparation of agricultural investments and shall be subject to the production management of the agricultural sector established for the district in which the organisation (s) has its registered office.
(2) The management of the West Slovak Regional National Committee shall set aside the Regional Agricultural Machinery Number Station and shall be subject to the production management of the agricultural sector established for the Bratislava-rural district.
The management of the regional national committees shall consist of regional agricultural engineering undertakings, regional agricultural meliorations, regional agricultural project institutes and regional veterinary establishments (including rendering) and shall be subject to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 April 1963.
