GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 November 2022
amending Government Regulation No 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended by Government Regulation No 323 / 2022 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control
In Paragraph 5 (2) of the Decree of the Government No 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active employment and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to perform the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended by the Decree of the Government No 323 / 2022 Coll., the word "November 'is replaced by the word" December'.
Amendment to Decree No. 323 / 2022 Coll.
In Article II (2) of Decree No. 323 / 2022 Coll., amending Decree No. 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active service and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, the word "November 'is replaced by the word" December'.
EFFECTIVE
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 November 2022.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 25 January 2023.
