on the declaration of the level of the salary base for determining the salary and certain reimbursement of expenses of officials pursuant to Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, in accordance with the second sentence of § 3 (3) and § 3a (2) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Court, for the year 2016, the basis for representatives of CZK 60 815,65 *).
