amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic No. 271 / 1990 Coll., on catering in social care facilities
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic provides in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and other participating central bodies pursuant to § 177 (4) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 110 / 1990 Coll., and under § 58 (d), (f) and (h) of the Czech National Council Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security, as amended by the Act No. 125 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic No. 271 / 1990 Coll., on catering in social care facilities, is amended as follows:
1. the following words are added at the end of Paragraph 8 (1) (a): "for a diabetic diet of 8.30 CZK per person per day,"
2. at the end of Paragraph 8 (1) (b), the words "for a diabetic diet of 4.60 CZK per person per day," are added.
3. In Paragraph 8 (1) (c) (3), "29,70 Kčs' is replaced by" 35,00 Kčs'.
4. In Paragraph 8 (1) (d) (3), "16,40 CZK 'is replaced by" 19,30 CZK'.
5. Article 9 (3) (c) reads as follows:

| 1 vedlejší jídlo | 3,10.“. |
6. In the second sentence of Paragraph 13 (1), "29,70 CZK 'is replaced by" 35,00 CZK'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1990.
