THE LAW
of 18 August 2021
amending Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., as amended by Act No. 29 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 213 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 124 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 273 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 13 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 73 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 364 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 366 / 2011 Coll.
1. in Article 11 (1) (c):
"(c) 13 900 CZK, if it is stage III (heavy dependence),."
2. in Paragraph 11 (1) (d):
"(d) 19 200 CZK if it is stage IV (total dependency)."
3. in Article 11 (2) (c):
"(c) 12 800 CZK, if it is stage III (heavy dependence),."
4. in Article 11 (2) (d):
"(d) 19 200 CZK if it is stage IV (total dependency)."
Transitional provisions
1. The procedure for the care allowance initiated and final before the date of entry into force of this Act shall be completed in accordance with Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Act.
2. The Office of Labour of the Czech Republic - Regional Branch and Branch for the City of Prague will adjust the amounts of the care allowance pursuant to § 11 (1) (c) and (d) and § 11 (2) (c) and (d) of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of the Act, without application. An entry shall be made in the file for a change in the amount of the care allowance. The Office of Labour of the Czech Republic - Regional Branch and branch for the City of Prague will deliver to the recipients of the care allowance at the latest by the date of payment of the care allowance a written communication on the change in the amount of the care allowance according to the first sentence; This communication shall not be delivered to its own hands.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
