DECLARATION
of 21 September 2012
amending Decree No 328 / 2004 Coll., on the registration and control of harmful organisms in plant products storage and on the methods for detecting and regulating their occurrence in agricultural public storage and storage of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund, as amended by Decree No 380 / 2011 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 88 (1) (a) and (b) of Act No. 326 / 2004 Coll., on Phytosanitary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 245 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 199 / 2012 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Section 4 of the Act:
Decree No 328 / 2004 Coll., on the registration and eradication of harmful organisms in plant storage and on the methods of detection and control of their occurrence in agricultural public storage and storage of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund, as amended by Decree No 380 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence, the words "paragraph 1 (c) and Article 4 (2) 'are deleted.

Subject matter
This decree regulates the method of recording the occurrence of harmful organisms in plant storage and the method of recording their destruction. '
footnotes 1 and 2 are deleted.
3. In Article 2, at the end of point (c), the comma is replaced by a dot and points (d) to (f) are deleted.
4. footnote 4 is deleted.

Overview of harmful organisms present in plant storage
An overview of the harmful organisms most frequently present in the storage of plant products, including the ways in which they are harmful, is given in Annex 2 to this Decree. '.
footnotes 3 and 5 to 7 are deleted.
6. In Article 5, the words "and 4 do not touch 'are replaced by the words" does not'.
7. The title of Annex No 1 shall read as follows:
"Model for the register of harmful organisms."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2012.
