DECLARATION
of 7 December 2007
amending Decree No. 284 / 1995 Coll., implementing the Pension Insurance Act, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 108 paragraph 1 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll.:
Decree No. 284 / 1995 Coll., implementing the Pension Insurance Act, as amended by Decree No. 157 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 302 / 1997 Coll. and Decree No. 40 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 1 (1) and (2) shall be deleted;
2. Paragraph 3 (2) is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
3. In the second sentence of Article 5, the words "following the advice of the competent medical practitioner of the district social security administration 'are replaced by the words" under employment legislation (3)'.
Footnote 3:
"3) § 69 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended."
4. Annex No 1 is deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
