DECLARATION
of 14 June 2006
fixing the flat-rate amount of the costs of the review of the acts of the contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act
The Ministry of Local Development provides pursuant to § 159 (4) of Act No. 137 / 2006 Coll., on Public Procurement, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
(1) The flat-rate amount of the costs of the procedure for examining the acts of the contracting authority, which the contracting authority is obliged to pay in the event that the Competition Authority has decided pursuant to Section 118 of the Act on the cancellation of the award of the contract or only the individual act of the contracting authority, is CZK 30 000.
(2) If an expert has been recruited to the proceedings under special legislation (1), the lump sum referred to in paragraph 1 shall be increased by the amount of the expert's remuneration, but no more than CZK 30,000.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2006.
