DECLARATION
of 16 September 2003
amending Decree No 357 / 2001 Coll., on the marking and registration of horses, pigs, runners and farmed game and on the registration of poultry, breeding fish and bees
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 33 of Act No. 154 / 2000 Coll., on Breeding, Breeding and Registration of Livestock and on the amendment of certain related laws (Breeding Act), as amended by Act No. 282 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No 357 / 2001 Coll., on the marking and registration of horses, pigs, runners and farmed game and on the registration of poultry, breeding fish and bees, shall be amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1), point (f) is deleted;
2. in Article 13 (a), the words "and within 6 months of the date of birth by freezing to the left of the back of the body" shall be deleted.
3. Article 15 shall be deleted, including the title.
4. In Article 16, the words "paragraphs 13 to 15 'are replaced by the words" paragraphs 13 and 14'.
5. In the title of Annex No 3, the words "and the method of labelling of deer and muflon by freezing 'are deleted.
6. In Annex 3, point 3, including the figure, is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
