GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 June 2002
amending Decree of the Government No. 47 / 1998 Coll., on special one-off cash formalities for members of the Czech Prison Service
The Government orders pursuant to Article 23 (1) (h) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:
In § 1 of Decree of the Government No. 47 / 1998 Coll., on special one-off cash requirements for members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, paragraph 1, including footnote 1, reads:
"(1) The Member of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as" the Member "), who, when entering into service with the Prison Service of the Czech Republic (1) (hereinafter referred to as" the Prison Service "), shall conclude a written agreement in which he undertakes to perform the service continuously for at least six years after the conclusion of the agreement in the selected specific activities listed in the Annex to this Regulation, shall include a special one-off cash requirement of:
(a) 25 000 CZK, or
b) 50 000 CZK, when it is a member of the judicial guard assigned to the prison in Prague - Pankrác or Prague - Ruzyně.
1) Sections 2 and 159 of Act No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 26 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 460 / 2000 Coll. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
