Notification by the Federal Ministry of Transport of the issue of a certificate of professional competence and authorisation to perform the duties of members of the crew of Czechoslovak seagoing ships

issued pursuant to Paragraph 26 (2) (c) of Act No. 61 / 1952 Coll., on maritime navigation, Decree of 18 July 1990 No. 18.381 / 1990-040 on professional competence and authorisation to perform the duties of members of the crew of Czechoslovak seagoing ships.
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport of 20 May 1975 No 13.808 / 75-019 on the competence and authorisation to perform the duties of members of the crew of Czechoslovak seagoing ships (Reg. in the amount of 20 / 1975 Coll.) is hereby repealed.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 September 1990. It will be published in the Transport Bulletin. The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Department of Transport.
