GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 December 2018
repealing Government Regulation No. 143 / 2012 Coll., on the procedure for the determination of waste water pollution, the calculation of the amount of pollution and the measurement of the volume of effluent to surface water
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
Government Decree No. 143 / 2012 Coll., on the procedure for the determination of waste water pollution, the calculation of the amount of pollution and the measurement of the volume of waste water discharged into surface water, is repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2019.
