DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 260 / 2009 Coll., on the Announcement of the National Natural Monument of the Political Wall and establishing its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
In § 2 of Decree No. 260 / 2009 Coll., on the publication of the National Natural Monuments of the Political Wall and the establishment of its closer protection conditions, the words "Dry Mine" are inserted after the word "Hlavňov."
This Decree shall take effect on 15 December 2010.
