repealing Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 444 / 1992 Coll., on the rules of the selection procedure for the post of priority of the district office
According to Section 8 (2) of Act No. 425 / 1990 Coll., on the District Offices, on the modification of their responsibilities and on certain other measures related thereto, as amended by Act No. 321 / 1992 Coll.:
Decree No 444 / 1992 Coll., on the rules of the selection procedure for the post of head of the District Office, is repealed.
This decree takes effect on the day of the elections for regional councils in 2000.
