DECLARATION
of 16 September 2003
amending Decree No. 471 / 2000 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 154 / 2000 Coll., on the Breeding, Breeding and Registration of Animals and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts (Breeding Act)
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 33 of Act No. 154 / 2000 Coll., on Breeding, Breeding and Registration of Livestock and on the amendment of certain related laws (Breeding Act), as amended by Act No. 282 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No. 471 / 2000 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 154 / 2000 Coll., on Breeding, Breeding and Registration of Animals and amending certain related laws (Breeding Act) is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 48 (1), the words "sent to the person responsible for managing the central register of bovine animals within one month of the end of the activity of the bull in the natural breed, indicating the beginning and end of the activity of the bull in the natural breed, shall be replaced by the words" sent to the person responsible for the central register of bovine animals within one month of the end of the activity of the bull in the natural breed. "
2. In Annex 4, in point (d) of the stallion line, the comma and the words "in the case of stallions of pony breeds into the second generation of ancestors and of stallions of small numbers or imported breeding animals (2a) shall be inserted after the words" into the fourth generation of ancestors'.
3. in Annex 4, footnote (2a), under the table:
"2a) § 9 (4) of Act No 154 / 2000 Coll., on the breeding, breeding and registration of livestock and on the amendment of certain related laws (Breeding Act)."
4. In Annex 5, Part I, The words "by the end of the calendar month following the calendar month in which the insemination was carried out" shall be inserted after the words "transmit it". "
5. In Annex 5, Part I, In point 4, the words "Binding terms and method 'are replaced by the words" Method'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
