DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 18 December 1998
amending Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 64 / 1992 Coll., on youth homes, as amended by Decree No. 315 / 1997 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 24 (3) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree No. 64 / 1992 Coll., on Youth Homes, as amended by Decree No. 315 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (1), including footnote 1):
"(1) Youth homes (hereinafter referred to as" home ") 1 shall be broken down into accommodation units to determine the amount of payment. Accommodation units means rooms which are classified according to equipment
(a) category I, if they have central heating, bathroom or shower with hot water and no more than 3 beds;
(b) to Category II, unless they meet one of the aspects referred to in (a).
1) Sections 6 (1) (c) and 12 (3) (a) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education, as amended by Act No. 190 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 256 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 139 / 1995 Coll. § 22 (2) of Act No. 76 / 1978 Coll., on Education Equipment, as amended by Act No. 390 / 1991 Coll. '.
2. Paragraph 1 (2) is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
3. Paragraph 9 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Students of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, gymnastics and special gymnastics (hereinafter referred to as" secondary vocational school and gymnasium ") are granted accommodation in room I. category for 300 to 1,200 CZK per month and in room II. category for 300 to 800 CZK per month."
4. In Article 9 (2), the words "category of home 'are replaced by the words" category of room'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1999.
