amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, and laying down the conditions for termination of the service of police officers of the Federal Railway Police
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The President of the Chamber of Deputies of Parliament is hereby authorised to declare in the Collection of Laws the full text of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as is apparent from later regulations.
(1) The service conditions of members of the Federal Railway Police shall expire on 31 December 1993.
(2) The members of the Federal Railway Police, who shall terminate the service referred to in paragraph 1, shall be entitled to termination rights as if their employment had ended in termination pursuant to § 106 paragraph 1 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic; This does not apply if they are admitted to the service of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic and this service is established on 1 January 1994.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1994, with the exception of Article IV, which shall take effect on 31 December 1993.
