GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 December 2018
on the level of remuneration for examinations of health professionals and other professional staff under the Law on non-medical health professions
The Government hereby orders pursuant to Paragraph 90 (1) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the pursuit of non-medical medical professions and for carrying out activities related to the provision of medical care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on non-medical medical medical professions), as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 201 / 2017 Coll.:
Subject matter
This Regulation regulates the amount of remuneration
(a) the test; and
(b) a probation test.
Amount of remuneration
(1) The remuneration shall be for:
a) testing test 500 CZK, payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is 250 CZK,
2. the practical part of the exam is 250 CZK,
b) first repeat of the test exam CZK 3,500, with payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is CZK 2,000,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 1,500,
c) second and every further repeat of the test exam CZK 5,000, with payment for
1. the theoretical part of the exam is CZK 3,000,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 2,000.
(2) The amount of the remuneration is for:
a) Aprobation exam 7 000 CZK, payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 1,500,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 1,500,
3rd oral examination is CZK 4,000,
b) the first repetition and probation exam of CZK 10,000, with payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 2,000,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 2,000,
3rd oral examination is 6,000 CZK,
c) second and every further repeat and probation exam 15 000 CZK, with payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 3,000,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 3,000,
3rd oral exam is CZK 9,000.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2019.
