The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 46 (2) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended, for the implementation of § 20 (1):
Decree No. 305 / 2005 Coll., amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
