DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 18 December 1998
amending Decree No. 315 / 1991 of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic Coll., on the financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 24 (3) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll., and § 13 (l) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education:
Decree No. 315 / 1991 Coll., on the financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools, as amended by Decree No. 219 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 162 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 314 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), "40 to 150% 'is replaced by" 20 to 150%';
2. Paragraph 5 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Where pupils, including pupils in the day-to-day extension studies and pupils in the combined study, are provided with accommodation for the duration of the day-to-day study, they shall be provided in their youth homes. In order to determine the amount of payment, youth homes are divided into accommodation units, which means rooms which are classified according to equipment
(a) category I, if they have central heating, bathroom or shower with hot water and no more than 3 beds;
(b) to Category II, unless they meet one of the aspects referred to in (a). "
3. In Article 5, the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The pupils to whom accommodation is provided in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be provided in the category I room for 300 to 1,200 CZK per month and in the category II room for 300 to 800 CZK per month."
Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall become paragraphs 3 and 4.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1999.
