on the extension of certain time limits. *)
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
(1) The time-limits for the application of the rights of notes denominated in pengö issued until 26 June 1945 in the part of the territory of Slovakia which has been temporarily occupied by the Hungarian State are extended until 31 December 1949.
(2) The extension period referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be counted against the limitation period or the period within which entitlement to the bill is to be exercised or measures taken to preserve the rights of the note.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1949; It shall be implemented by the Minister of Justice in agreement with the Minister of Finance.
