DECLARATION
of 3 December 2019
amending Decree No. 245 / 2016 Coll., to implement certain provisions of the Customs Act, as amended by Decree No. 106 / 2019 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to § 70 (1) of Act No. 242 / 2016 Coll., customs law:
Decree No. 245 / 2016 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Customs Act, as amended by Decree No. 106 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part II, point A, the text of Box 38 reads:
"1. The entry in this box must be given to 3 decimal places.
2. When electricity is exported, the entry "0,001 'shall be entered in this box.';
2. In Annex No 1, Part II, point B, in column 8 (a), the word "Union 'is replaced by the word" Union'.
3. In Annex No 1, Part II, point B, in Colonce 35, the word "text 'is replaced by the word" entry'.
4. In Annex No 1, Part II, point B. in Column 38, point 2, the words "radioactive substances or 'are deleted and the words" text' are replaced by the words "entry '.
5. In Annex No 1, Part III, point A., for additional code R018, the words "(except for alcoholic under the Act on measures to protect against damage caused by tobacco products, alcohol and other addictive substances and amending related laws) 'are replaced by the words" except for alcoholic beverages', the words "code numbers 2203- 2208 and goods' are deleted and the words" and 2201 'are inserted after the heading "2106'.
6. In Annex No 1, Part III, point A., the line with the additional code R020 is deleted.
7. In Annex 1, Part III, point A, the text of the additional code R203 reads:
"The second reduced rate of tax shall apply to goods falling within codes 4901-4905, 4911, 8523: Books, brochures, leaflets, leaflets, leaflets, newspapers, periodicals, picture books, drawing patterns, coloring books, music and cartographic products, including phonograms to present their content, provided that they are contained in a material medium and are not goods for which advertising represents more than 50% of the content, or which consist exclusively or principally of musical sound content or audiovisual content. ';
8. In Annex 1, Part In code 01C, the word "Union 'is replaced by" Union'.
9. In Annex 5, Part I, the words "the former Yugoslav Republic 'are replaced by the words" the Republic of North'.
10. In Annex 6, Part I, the words "the former Yugoslav Republic 'are replaced by the words" the Republic of North'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2020.
