amending Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscape areas to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Sections 78 (1), 79 (4) (h) and 90 (5) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscape areas to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended by Decree No. 163 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the row "Management of the Protected Landscape Area of Kokořín 'in the column" National Nature Reservation', the words "Polabska Cernava (329) 'are deleted.
2. In the row "Management of the Protected Landscape Area of Kokořín 'in the column" National Natural Monuments', the words "Polabska Cernava (329) 'are inserted after the words" Hell (304)'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2011.
