on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 7 / 2007 of 20 November 2007 establishing aid for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, cogeneration of electricity and heat and secondary energy sources.
According to Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published a price decision in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 26 November 2007, amounting to 10. The price decision became valid on that date. The price decision shall take effect on 1 January 2008.
