GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 June 2006
amending Government Regulation No. 140 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of branches of free trades, as amended, and Government Regulation No. 469 / 2000 Coll., laying down content of individual trades, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 73a (1) of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 356 / 1999 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation establishing a list of free trade disciplines
The Annex to Government Regulation No. 140 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of free trade branches, as amended by Government Regulation No. 468 / 2000 Coll., Government Regulation No. 492 / 2004 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 100 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the heading number of the first column "Definition of the subject matter of the activity ', the words" - forging of horses' are deleted.
2. In the heading number of the 31st column "Definition of the subject of activity ', the words" and ceramics' are added after the words "- porcelain decoration '.
3. In the heading 40th column "Definition of the subject of activity ', the word" - painting' is deleted.
4. In the field number 45. column "Trade ', the word" television' is deleted.
5. In column 66. of the heading "Business sector ', the words" Treatment and distribution of commercial water and the operation of pipelines and sewerage for non-public use' are replaced by the words "Operation of water ducts and sewerage and distribution of water 'and in the column" Definition of the subject matter of the activity', the following text is inserted: "- operation of water ducts and sewerage for public use '," - operation of water ducts and sewerage for non-public use' and "- adaptation and distribution of water for use '.

Amendment of the Government Regulation laying down the content of individual trades
Government Decree No. 469 / 2000 Coll., establishing the content of individual trades, as amended by Government Decree No. 491 / 2004 Coll. and Government Decree No. 100 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Content of the craft trade, Group 101 "Metal and metal products', the following trade category is inserted after the trade category" Blacksmiths':
"Underwear
Mechanical and manual production of horseshoe of different sizes and types (racing, parkour, light sports and the like), underlaying of horses kept for riding, carriage and towing purposes.
Modifications and treatment of hoofs of bovine, ovine, caprine and porcine animals may be carried out in the course of trade. '
2. In Annex No 1, the contents of the craft trades, Part A, Group 113 "Construction", in the field of "Kamnáří", shall be inserted after the words "Within the scope of the trade," the words "design, installation and testing of thermal air distribution," '.
3. In Annex No 1 Content content of craft trades, group 113 "Construction ', the following trade category is added:
"Paintings, varnishing and painting
Paintings, varnishing and painting work in the interior and exterior of modern and historical objects; preparation of materials for painting, removal of old paintings, treatment of surfaces by painters and squeegees, cleaning, grinding, bandaging, penetration and insulation of stains. 4. In Annex No 1, the contents of the craft trades, Part B, Group 114 "Other ', in the field of the trade" Cosmetic services', the text of the content covers:
"Application of whole-body skin care cosmetic products to improve and maintain its appearance, slowing down the symptoms of aging (growing cosmetics), excluding masseur procedures. Decoration of the skin of the body including painting and decorating by means of special pencils and colours that dissect temporarily the skin surface (decorative cosmetics). Application of masks and unheated wraps, finishing, professional treatment, eyelash and brow dye, eyelash gluing, brow adjustment, depilation and epulation. Adequate cosmetic devices, cosmetic products, cosmetic processes and technologies are used to perform cosmetic services (for example, skin diagnostics, skin cleaning, peeling, potter, removal of comedons and miles by no bloody means). The treatment of mucous membranes, handling of birthmarks, violating the integrity of human skin by administering foreign substances, manicures, pedicures and massage services cannot be performed.
In the course of the business, advisory services can be carried out, including advice on colour typology, make-up for modeling, photography, film, television, theatre, cosmetic evaluation. "
5. In Annex 2, Content fillings of linked trades, group 203 "Motor vehicles and other means of transport" in the field of trade "Revision, inspection and testing of designated technical equipment in service" in the content of the trade, the words "containers and swap bodies which are designed and manufactured for the operation of railway or railway transport and serve for the operation of railway or railway transport 'are replaced by the words" which serve to ensure the operation of railway or railway transport or ski lifts'.
6. 10. 12. 14. EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2006, except for the provisions in points 1, 3 and 6 of Part One and points 1, 3, 18, 20, 23 and 24 of Part Two, which shall take effect on 1 August 2006.
