The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 44 (5) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (Forest Act):
Decree No. 100 / 1996 Coll., laying down the formalities for the application for a forest licence and the details of the granting of licences in forestry, shall be amended as follows:
Article 3 is deleted;
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
