DECLARATION
of 21 October 2024
amending Decree No 253 / 2013 Coll., laying down the conditions for the creation of minimum reserves
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 26 of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 227 / 2013 Coll.:
In Article 3 (1) (a) and (b) of Decree No 253 / 2013 Coll., laying down the conditions for the creation of reserve requirements, "2% 'is replaced by" 4%'.
Transitional provision
The reserve requirement rate provided for in Article 3 (1) (a) and (b), as effective from the date of entry into force of this Decree, shall apply for the first time for a maintenance period beginning on 2 January 2025.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
